San Diego Realty Watch is my contribution to the recent changes occurring in today’s market.
It has always been an issue and concern for me that what the general media delivers to the public is not just the news, it’s purpose is to sell papers and get ratings. Many times you have to go to European sources that do not have a corporate interest that own the media division to get quality information. Real estate agents spend a good percentage of their time explaining and re-educating their clients on what they have picked up from the media by providing actual numbers from the source depicting what is really happening in the market today. Whether it’s boring or exciting you are getting the real information here with no spin added.
